In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing svip3, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any real-money wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you irrevocably agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms are legally binding between you and svip3. They constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, warranties, or understandings, whether written or oral.

svip3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of svip3 after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Access to and use of svip3 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. svip3 is strictly an adults-only platform. Registering or playing as a minor — or allowing a minor to use your Account — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You are a resident of Indonesia.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently closed from svip3.
• Participation in online gaming is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful.
• You are not employed by svip3 or any of its game studio partners or payment service providers in a capacity that creates a conflict of interest with participating as a player.

To access real-money gaming on svip3, you must register a member account. You agree that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national ID number (NIK), residential address, and contact details — is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

The following rules apply to all svip3 Accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account. Registering multiple accounts — including under different names, email addresses, device identities, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, svip3 will merge or close them and may confiscate any associated balances.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login details with any third party. svip3 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account Transfers: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any balance therein to any third party.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify svip3 immediately via the in-platform live chat or by emailing [email protected].

svip3 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason for that refusal.

svip3 is required to verify the identity of all members before approving withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time at svip3's discretion, including where unusual account activity is detected or where the cumulative deposit or withdrawal volume on your Account exceeds applicable thresholds.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport.
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past 90 days).
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja account page showing your name and account number).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, where requested.

Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is completed successfully. svip3 reserves the right to close any Account and return deposited funds (net of any withdrawals already processed) where KYC documents cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

All deposits to your svip3 Account must be made using one of the supported payment methods: bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), or Bank Permata; or e-wallet via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the remitting account belongs to a person other than the registered svip3 member — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed on discovery.
• svip3 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer fees, for which svip3 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposit credits are reflected in your svip3 wallet balance within approximately 60 seconds of successful transfer confirmation from the payment provider. svip3 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published on the deposit page within the platform and may be varied at svip3's discretion from time to time.
• svip3 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying the source of deposited funds where the amount or pattern of deposits raises concerns under our anti-money-laundering obligations.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the cashier section of your Account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet from which the original deposit was made, or to a verified alternative account registered in your name.

The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests:

• KYC Requirement: You must complete KYC verification (Clause 5) before any withdrawal can be approved. Unverified Accounts may deposit and play but may not withdraw.
• Wagering Requirements: Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirement must be satisfied before real-money balances can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw prior to meeting a wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of associated Bonus Funds.
• Processing Time: Approved withdrawals are typically transferred to your nominated bank account or e-wallet within 5–15 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during scheduled maintenance windows or in circumstances beyond svip3's control.
• Withdrawal Fees: svip3 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own fees for receiving transfers, for which svip3 accepts no liability.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Applicable withdrawal limits are displayed in the platform cashier and may be varied at svip3's discretion.
• Suspicious Activity: svip3 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending further investigation where the transaction raises anti-money-laundering concerns or where the Account is under review.

svip3 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, seasonal offers (such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day promotions), and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence in respect of that promotion only.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotions on svip3:

• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account as a separate balance and are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before any withdrawal can be made.
• Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the standard Wagering Requirement for all bonuses is the bonus amount multiplied by the applicable rollover multiplier (stated per promotion). Wagering must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.
• If you attempt to withdraw real-money funds while a bonus is active and the Wagering Requirement has not been met, svip3 will forfeit the Bonus Funds and associated bonus winnings before processing the withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, are for personal use only, and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the withdrawal terms following satisfaction of the Wagering Requirement.
• svip3 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a member has engaged in bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-variance strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
• Bonuses are offered at svip3's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

• Players may not use automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. Such conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per game or market are displayed within the platform and are subject to change.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on svip3 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using the platform for any money-laundering activity or in connection with the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Depositing funds using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software. Any winnings accrued as a result of a software error will be void.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in a manner not authorized by svip3.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sportsbook event to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of the sportsbook markets.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward svip3 staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another member's Account without authorization.

All content on the svip3 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphical elements, interface design, software, text, images, audio, video, and game content — is the property of svip3 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for lawful personal gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or republish any content from svip3 without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on svip3 content or software.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the platform's software.
• Frame or mirror any svip3 page on any other website without authorization.

Third-party game studios retain all intellectual property rights in their respective games. svip3 hosts those games under license and makes no claim to ownership of studio-owned content.

svip3 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, svip3 collects personal data solely for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, customer support, and the improvement of platform services. We do not sell your personal data to unauthorized third parties. All data is stored using 256-bit SSL encryption on secure servers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, svip3 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, goodwill, or other economic loss, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Interruptions, errors, bugs, delays, or technical failures affecting the platform, including those caused by third-party payment providers, game studios, or internet infrastructure.
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• The accuracy of odds, game outcomes, or any information displayed on the platform where such information is supplied by a third-party data or content provider.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on any promotional content, marketing material, or game descriptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits svip3's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Either party may terminate the Agreement and close the Account at any time. Members wishing to close their Account voluntarily should contact support via the in-platform live chat. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your nominated payment method, subject to KYC verification and the satisfaction of any active Wagering Requirements.

svip3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to retain all or part of the Account balance, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria in Clause 3.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Conduct that svip3 reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or to the safety of other members.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, svip3 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Account balance as liquidated damages for the breach, in addition to any other remedies available at law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming regulation. svip3 operates as an internationally hosted platform and services Indonesian residents in the capacity of an entertainment platform.

In the event of any dispute between you and svip3 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation by contacting the svip3 customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of written notification, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of your participation before registering and depositing on svip3. svip3 makes no representation that the use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
